Lomé, Togo's economic capital, is undergoing profound transformation. Three RWA projects — East Lake Park, Ocean Eyes and West Lake Park — are reshaping the city's contours, each on a different site and each with its own purpose.
East Lake Park: a new calling card
On the shores of Lake Bè, East Lake Park offers 89,075 m² of land combining premium residential, five-star hospitality, international offices, and educational and cultural facilities. It is the first mixed-use urban programme of this scale in Togo, designed in partnership with the Municipality of Golfe 1.
Its opening first phase, Sika Resort, comprises 108 hotel-style apartments to be delivered in December 2026.
Ocean Eyes: the southern coast at scale
Spread across 263,500 m² facing the Atlantic, Ocean Eyes unfolds a substantial mixed-use urban complex that includes an international hospital, a theme park, premium apartments and regional offices. It is the largest project announced by RWA in Togo.
West Lake Park: green island on the lagoon
Set on the Bè lagoon, West Lake Park offers an ecologically committed "city of dreams": a bird-watching tower, photovoltaic roofs, a ring layout preserving a continuous public park, and a 240-room five-star hotel.
Why these three projects are connected
Beyond their programmatic diversity, the three projects share a common vision:
- Designing for functional mix rather than single use.
- Preserving the landscape and ecological component as a structuring asset.
- Targeting international uses (expatriate executives, NGOs, ministries, business tourism).
Taken together, they equip Lomé with an urban offering that places the capital on a par with the major hubs of West Africa.
