Reliance West Africa positions itself as an investor-operator of energy assets: we own and run centralised and distributed generation units that support national grids and provide self-consumption back-up for our urban and industrial programmes.
Our technical core combines rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV, hybrid solar-plus-storage mini-grids for rural areas, energy efficiency upgrades in tertiary buildings, as well as audit and advisory services for institutional clients.

In West Africa, electricity access rates remain uneven and outages erode productivity. RWA offers a pragmatic response: securing power for strategic projects through hybrid solutions, while accelerating the renewable mix to durably decarbonise regional growth.
Our installations are engineered to IEC standards, comply with climate lender requirements and are run under transparent energy performance contracts. We select reputable Chinese and European equipment suppliers and train local technicians in predictive maintenance.

Several of our real estate projects — West Lake Park, ZAFARA Plazza, the upcoming East Lake Park phases — integrate rooftop photovoltaic generation as standard, demonstrating the convergence between energy, real estate and technology: smart-grid control, EV charging and energy management microservices.
