Overview
East Lake Park is the most ambitious urban program developed by Reliance West Africa in Togo. Located on the shore of the Bè lake in Lomé, the project spans 89,075 m² of land in partnership with the Municipality of Golfe 1. Conceived as a true structuring extension of the capital, it combines residential, hospitality, offices, educational and cultural facilities around an exceptional landscaped setting.

The project addresses a twofold observation: the scarcity of integrated urban planning in the Bè area, and the growing demand for premium housing, offices for international executives, and high-end hospitality facilities in Lomé. RWA leads the project ownership and commercial management; the Municipality of Golfe 1 contributes by providing the land and administrative support.
The masterplan preserves a continuous public waterfront and offers a green corridor that runs through all the buildings. Block orientation has been designed to mitigate the urban heat island effect and maximise lake views.
Technical indicators
The masterplan targets controlled density, a balanced FAR between residential programs and public facilities, and the landscape integration of the lakefront. Detailed technical figures (final FAR, regulatory height per zone, parking ratios) are disclosed during phased sales.
Landscape & circulation
The development plan includes:
- A continuous pedestrian promenade around the Bè lake (with views protected from public space).
- Hierarchical road network separating resident, visitor and delivery flows.
- A green network connecting the seven zones and reducing urban heat islands.
- Underground parking for residential zones, landscaped surface parking for facilities.
