Sika Resort is the first phase opened within East Lake Park. It is a serviced residential complex of 108 apartments across six floors, with delivery in December 2026, on the immediate edge of the Bè lake in Lomé.
Sika Resort addresses a segment still largely underserved in Togo: the premium apart-hotel that combines the privacy of a private home with the services of an international hotel (reception, concierge, housekeeping, swimming pool, fitness centre, on-site dining).

- The rental investor who places an apartment under short or mid-term rental management. RWA offers pooled management of the units and a net annual yield above 10 % based on conservative occupancy and tariff assumptions.
- The owner-occupier (family, expatriate executive, diplomat) who wishes to live in Lomé in a high-quality urban environment with hotel-grade services.
