Overview
Ocean Eyes is the largest project announced by Reliance West Africa in Togo: a mixed-use urban district of 263,500 m² on the southern coast of Lomé, facing the Atlantic. The program covers thirteen plots A1 to A13 organised into three functional groups: high-end residential, structuring urban facilities, and a retail and leisure zone.
Program by major component
- Premium residential: 74,600 m² dedicated to for-sale apartments and villas.
- Standalone villas: an additional 22,000 m² for the Atlantic-view villa collection.
- Retail and offices: 55,200 m² of usable space (shopping centre, neighborhood retail, regional offices).
Structuring facilities
- A3 — International hospital: 24,000 m² built across 8 floors, on 18,300 m² of land.
- A8 — Theme park: 44,000 m² of land, 5,400 m² built (8 % density preserving the park character).
- 5-star hospitality, conference centre, secondary marina.
