Overview
ZENIA Villas is the premium villa collection of the East Lake Park program. Twenty contemporary villas of 406 m² across three levels are positioned in zone E of the masterplan, on the western edge of the Bè lake.
Each villa occupies a site of approximately 550 m², obtained by combining two to three adjacent plots E1, E2 or E3 from the original layout. This land aggregation has made it possible to offer residents more generous footprints, private gardens and the space required for an ambitious architectural program.
Program by level
- Ground floor — 155 m²: Entrance hall, reception living room, dining room, open kitchen, garden terrace.
- Level 1 — 133 m²: Main bedrooms (3 to 4 suites with dressing room and en-suite bathroom).
- Level 2 — 118 m²: Master suite, dressing room, panoramic terrace with lake view.
- Outdoor: 66 m² of balconies + two covered parking spaces per villa.
Concept and style
ZENIA fits within the "hotel-styled luxury villas" tradition: premium hospitality codes (double-height lobby, spacious master suites, noble material finishes, high-end smart-home equipment) are transposed into a private residential format.
The facades adopt a contemporary vocabulary — white volumes, vertical sun-screens in local wood, large glazed bays — designed to withstand the equatorial climate while maximising natural light.
Location
Zone E of the East Lake Park masterplan, in immediate proximity to the lakefront and to the F cultural hub. 4 minutes on foot from Sika Resort. 12 minutes by car from Gnassingbé Eyadéma international airport.
ZENIA Villas is marketed off-plan. Early buyers participate in the personalisation of interior finishes (flooring, sanitary fittings, fitted kitchen).
